Sponsored Residential Services
Our Sponsored Residential program provides individuals with a safe, structured, and supportive home environment while promoting independence and community inclusion. Individuals receive individualized supports with daily living skills, health and safety oversight, medication management, community participation, and emotional support. Services are tailored to each individual’s needs and delivered in a family-style setting that prioritizes stability, respect, and person-centered planning.
Therapeutic Consultation
Therapeutic Consultation services will provide behavioral and clinical guidance to support individuals, caregivers, and residential providers. These services will focus on behavior support planning, skill development, emotional regulation, and strategies to enhance overall functioning and stability. Our goal is to strengthen supports while promoting positive outcomes and long-term success.
Skilled Nursing Services
Our Skilled Nursing services offer professional medical support for individuals with complex health needs. These services include medication administration, health monitoring, chronic condition management, wound care, and coordination with physicians and other healthcare providers. Skilled Nursing supports are delivered with a focus on safety, clinical excellence, and continuity of care to help individuals maintain optimal health within their residential or community setting.
Therapeutic Foster Care
